Three soft cotton cloths you can soak in cold water, place on your abdomen, neck, and forehead and leave for thirty to forty minutes. You can read or simply rest the whole time.
Especially beautiful for digestion (bloating, acidity, IBS, constipation), thyroid support via the neck cloth, and headaches or mental clarity via the forehead cloth.
Use it twice a day for best results, and three to four times during illness. Safe for children, pregnant women, and during menstrual cycles.
