I am trying Foxtel Mill flour for the first time in my life. Since I can't make it on its own, I am mixing it with regular wheat flour, and it is turning out well.

You are truly a shady brand which does not let its customers contact you by any other means other than watsap. If somebody is not using whatsap, you are a ghost for them. No mail, no voice call number. You already have started to build negative image. Its just a matter of time before you realise it
