As my name suggests, I'm Sharbati — subtly sweet by nature.

With a softer texture than most wheat varieties and a gentle natural sweetness, I am Madhya Pradesh's signature. Grown in the rain-fed soils of Neemuch, where the stress of less irrigation nudges up my protein content compared to regularly irrigated wheat.

I am stone-ground in small batches using a slow chakki process - which preserves my natural nutrients, and flavour in a way industrial roller-milling never can.

The texture is noticeably softer and smoother compared to regular wheat flour. The dough turns out really soft, and the rotis are fluffy and stay soft as cmpared to the regular rotis...
