          Shipping & International Delivery Policy 

At Satvic Movement, every order is prepared with care, gratitude, and respect for both the people who grow our food and those who choose to receive it. We aim to keep our shipping process transparent, fair, and simple for customers in India and across the world.

Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed within 24–48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping timelines begin once the order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We offer free delivery on all orders of INR 500 and above.

  • For orders below INR 500, standard shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days from the date of order receipt (after processing).

International Shipping (Global) — Pricing & Currency

  • Product prices remain the same worldwide, including for international customers. We do not increase product prices based on location.

  • International shipping charges are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier service.

  • Prices are shown in the customer’s local currency for convenience. The final payable amount, including shipping, duties, and taxes (if applicable), is visible before payment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Satvic Movement does not have control over customs procedures and is not responsible for delays or costs arising from customs clearance or non-payment of import charges.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

  • For international shipments, the responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Ownership and delivery terms are governed by the order invoice and checkout details.

Returns, Refusals & Refunds

  • International returns are subject to return shipping costs, customs procedures, and applicable restocking charges, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If a shipment is refused by customs or the recipient and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges, unrecoverable duties, and associated costs.

Claims, Damages & Non-Delivery

  • If your order arrives damaged, please inform us within 10 calendar days of delivery with clear photographs and supporting details.

  • In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for select destinations. Customers may also choose third-party insurance if desired.

Import Compliance

  • Customers are requested to ensure that the products ordered are permitted for import into their country.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped due to legal, regulatory, or destination-specific restrictions.

Delivery Exceptions

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, natural events, strikes, or restricted delivery zones. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Satvic Movement’s responsibility for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the order placed. This does not affect statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Governing Law

All orders and policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
