Peanuts

Despite my name, I'm no nut at all! I'm a humble legume that grows shyly underground. I journeyed here from South America and quickly won India's heart. I come from the sun-baked fields of Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu, and am here to warm winter evenings across the country and become an everyday snack.
