Known in Ayurveda as the 'Queen Bean,' I'm gently healing and always evergreen. Because I'm split in two, I cook in minutes - yes, that's absolutely true.
Dehusked and split, I am the easiest moong to cook and the most recommended in Ayurvedic diets because of how gentle I am on the digestive system.
Tridoshic - meaning I balance all three doshas - I can be eaten by everyone, every day.
