The ancient Incas called me chisaya mama – mother of all grains. I'm one of the only plant foods on earth that gives you all nine essential amino acids. I'm not a grain, I'm a seed but don't hold that against me.

How to Use

Soak me for 6 hours then rinse me well before cooking – I have a natural bitter coating that washes away easily. From grain bowls and khichdis to soups and salads, I cook in 15 minutes and make anything feel like a proper meal.
