Enema - Give your intestines a bath!

Due to wrong food habits, most of us are carrying many kilograms of undigested waste sticking to the walls of our intestines. One of the best ways to get rid of this waste is through an enema! Enema is a safe and easy way to clean your intestines.

Once the intestines are cleared, all diseases are automatically cured, because no disease can survive in a body that is clean internally.

Don't worry! Enema is completely safe, pain free and extremely easy to take.

To watch our video explaining how to take enema, click here.

    How to take the enema?
    1. Find a comfortable spot to do the enema, such as a private bathroom.
    2. Wash out the enema pot a couple of times and then pour 300-500 ml of clean lukewarm water in your enema pot.
    3. Lubricate the tip of the pipe with natural coconut or olive oil.
    4. Place the enema pot on a high shelf - it needs to be higher than your butt.
    5. Kneel down on the floor. Bend down with your butt in the in the air and head on the ground. Insert the pipe in your rectum about 2 inches. Hold the tip of the pipe with one hand so it doesn’t fall out. Use the clamp to control the intensity of water flow. Let the water completely empty inside your intestines.
    6. Then, pull out the pipe and hold the water inside your intestines for 5-10 minutes. Walk while massaging your stomach clockwise, and then anticlockwise. The encrusted filth will start leaving its place. When you feel the pressure go the bathroom, go sit on the toilet and relax. You will be so surprised to see how full of waste your intestines were.

    How often to take enema?
Do the enema once everyday for the first 3 weeks of following the Satvic lifestyle. After 3 weeks, do it only once a week or when needed. After 3 weeks, do not continue taking it everyday. If you get a fever, cold, cough, diarrhoea, stomach ache, headache or any other detox symptom, take the enema even more frequently - 2 to 3 times a day and you will see instant improvement.

What time of the day to take enema?
You may do the enema in the morning, after your regular bowel movement. If morning is not possible, take it anytime during the day, just make sure to maintain a gap of 2-3 hours between your meal and enema.

    Caution
    • Children below age 10, pregnant women and those suffering from (haemorrhoids) piles should not use the enema.
    • Do not add any soap, chemicals, coffee, lemon etc. in your enema pot. It needs to be plain water.
